QotD: The Deathly Hallows
Did you see the Harry Potter movie this weekend? Are you going to read the new book?
I didn't see the movie, and I never will. I haven't read any of the books and couldn't care less about Harry Potter. I don't know anything about the characters or the stories. Not really my type of thing.
And to expand my answer...
I don't usually go out to see movies in theaters. I pay our cable company too much money to have the "premium" movie channels. I tend to watch horror and suspense movies. I think the last movie I went to a theater to see was "The Grudge" so you get an idea of how infrequently I go out to the movies.
I prefer non-fiction books. I do read fiction occasionally, but my book case only has about 20% fiction.

We don't go to the theater often but if there's something that interests us we'll go. We don't have cable and tickets here are $3 a piece if we go before 6PM so it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to see something.
And I thought the Japanese original of "The Grudge" was truly one of the scariest movies I'd ever seen. Haven't seen the American remake (by the same director even, although I heard he straightened out the timeline).
